| One of the quickest ways to make to lighten the load at work is to clear out the inbox. This will help
eliminate distractions and jump start your productivity. Here are 2 quick and easy suggestions: |

 |
Archive Old Emails |
| |
You can easily create a new folder named 2011 for each project or client and
simply move all current content into the folder. By doing this you clear out the folder, but do not loose the content for future reference.
It should make things a little easier to view, sort and manage. |

We have all ordered thing online and in haste just agreed to the terms offered by the vendor. More often than not
this opens the door for them to send countless sales emails. If your Outlook or other email client is set to alert you when a new email
arrives this can be very interruptive throughout the day. Make it point to unsubscribe or remove yourself from non-critical
vendors. A great alternative to this is to bookmark the vendors website and check it on your own terms instead of having them constantly
sending emails to your inbox. |
